No. You can start on our free plan with no card and no commitment. You only pay when you choose to upgrade for more orders, users or features.

Most sellers are up and running the same day. And you're not on your own — our team handles your full setup, including products, courier connections and team training, so you start with everything ready to go.

Orders & Couriers

An order is any customer purchase request that comes in through Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram or a phone call. In Storemate, each order is tracked from the moment it's placed all the way through to delivery.

Storemate connects with the major couriers across Sri Lanka, including Royal Express, TransEx, FDE, DomEx and Koombiyo. You can pick a courier per order. If your preferred partner isn't listed yet, contact us — we add new ones regularly.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Sync means that when you add orders to Storemate, the system automatically sends those details to your courier — no manual copying and pasting into courier portals every morning.

Yes. Every waybill prints with your logo and brand, filled in automatically from the order — about 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes. Built-in duplicate-print protection keeps things clean.

Yes. Share your Self-Order Form link and customers fill in their own details. The order drops straight into Storemate — fewer back-and-forth messages and fewer typing mistakes.

Yes. The Storemate mobile app lets you manage orders, sync couriers and check status from anywhere — handy when you're away from your desk but the orders keep coming.

Yes — free forever. The free plan covers 100 orders a month, 1 user and unlimited products, so you can run real orders before deciding to upgrade.

Your orders keep flowing. On paid plans, extra orders beyond your monthly allowance are simply charged at a small per-order rate — so a busy month never stops you from selling.
