Today in the POS and ERP industry, there are many software providers, but in the long run it is difficult to get support or it is too expensive. Our goal is to be available and affordable, however we still need to charge a modest user fee to enable that.
Basic package has the ticket support and the Premium package has on call and Whatsapp support.
Every new customer gets a premium support package in their 1st month after go-live. If you need the call and chat support beyond that period, you have to purchase the premium package.
Yes. We plan extensively for a successful deployment with you and your team in a very short timeframe to get you using the Storemate POS solution as fast as possible.
No. This pricing is only for the Storemate software implementation and licenses. Based on your POS touch screen, scanner or printer hardware needs we can provide compatible hardware. We have tested this hardware with our solution and constantly update for compatibility. You will find pricing for compatible hardware on our site at https://storemate.lk/hardware
StoreMate is a cloud based POS application running on infrastructure suppliers such as AWS and Digitalocean who have very high security standards and by extension we too have a comprehensive privacy policy. Please view it here.
Yes, we can customize StoreMate upon request. We will schedule your request for monthly release. All customization requests are chargeable.
StoreMate is a cloud based POS solution requiring a stable internet connection in order to function. It is recommended to have backups for power and internet where interruptions are common.
